Returns by mail carry a $12 return-shipping fee, deducted from your refund — or bring it to any of our 10 boutiques. If you choose an exchange or store credit, the return shipping fee is waived. How to measure your foot
- Stand on a sheet of paper, heel against a wall, wearing the socks you'd wear with the shoe.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark (do both feet; use the longer one).
- Find that length below. Between two sizes? Go up half a size — most of our styles run true to size, and any size note on the product page overrides the chart.
