- Free shipping for all orders totaling $200 USD or more.
- $12 USD flat rate UPS Ground shipping for orders under $200 USD
- UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select available at checkout.
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 1-2 business days.
Any order placed after 12 p.m. ET will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed between Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday, with the exclusion of holidays. Please note that expedited shipping methods do not include order processing time. All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipping. Your selected shipping speed applies after your order has been processed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update with an estimated delivery date.
All orders are shipped UPS from our warehouse in Englewood, New Jersey. SHOE-INN is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
In-store pickup
Free in-store pickup at all 10 SHOE-INN boutiques. Choose your boutique at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days, and we email you when yours is ready.
