Ilse Jacobsen's Tulip is the label's signature slip-on, with scalloped laser-cut embossing across the upper and a flexible rubber sole. A removable cushioned insole and a fabric lining keep it light and comfortable from morning to night. It comes in Black, Latte, Gunmetal, White and Dark Indigo. Wear it with cropped trousers and a striped top, or pack it for travel.

Returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt for unworn shoes in their original box. Returns by mail carry a $12 return-shipping fee, deducted from your refund — or bring it to any of our 10 boutiques. If you choose an exchange or store credit, the return shipping fee is waived. We offer one free exchange per order.
Sale items (prices ending in .99) are final sale — exchange only, for the same style in another size if available. Purchases made with a promo code (including our welcome offer) can be exchanged or returned for store credit. All accessories are final sale.

How to measure your foot
- Stand on a sheet of paper, heel against a wall, wearing the socks you'd wear with the shoe.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark (do both feet; use the longer one).
- Find that length below. Between two sizes? Go up half a size — most of our styles run true to size, and any size note on the product page overrides the chart.
