Gianluca Pisati's Carlotta is a tall flat boot made in Italy, a refined silhouette that is comfortable enough for all-day wear. The long line works over slim jeans and with skirts and dresses of any length. It comes in black and brown suede, both easy to pair with denim, wool and knits. Without a heel, it is a tall boot you can walk in all day. Wear it with a knee-length wool skirt and a turtleneck, or over dark skinny jeans with an oversized sweater and a long coat.

Returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt for unworn shoes in their original box. Returns by mail carry a $12 return-shipping fee, deducted from your refund — or bring it to any of our 10 boutiques. If you choose an exchange or store credit, the return shipping fee is waived. We offer one free exchange per order.

How to measure your foot
- Stand on a sheet of paper, heel against a wall, wearing the socks you'd wear with the shoe.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark (do both feet; use the longer one).
- Find that length below. Between two sizes? Go up half a size — most of our styles run true to size, and any size note on the product page overrides the chart.
