NYC | Full-time Assistant Manager

We are an upscale women's shoe boutique with 9 locations in the tri-state area and are opening a new location in NYC. We are looking for all positions including Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Sales Associates who have experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing, and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and should be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and should be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store alongside the Store Manager.



  • Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
  • Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
  • Assigns duties to relevant employees
  • Work alongside Store Manager to maintain function of the store
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Track and manage inventory at store
  • Providing optimal customer service and satisfaction
  • Multi-tasking and problem solving
  • Stock work and light housekeeping


  • 2 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
  • Strong customer service, management, and communication skills
  • Available to work on weekends
