To ensure your gifts arrive on time, please refer to the map below. If you're not sure, please place your order and then email us at customerservice@shoeinn.com

  • Yellow (1 day region):  Order by 12pm ET Tuesday, December 22
  • Dark Orange (2 day region): Order by 12pm ET Monday, December 21
  • Green (3 day region): Order by 10am ET Saturday, December 19
  • Red (4 day region): Order by 10am ET Saturday, December 19
  • Orange (5 day region): Order by 10am ET Thursday, December 17
  • Grey (6 day region): Order by 10am ET Wednesday, December 16


- All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Englewood, New Jersey.
- If you would like to pickup your purchase in store, please email customerservice@shoeinn.com with your order number and the store where you would like to pickup your order.
- If you'd like a shipping option that isn't listed, please email customer service at customerservice@shoeinn.com

Holiday Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked by January 13th, 2021. Merchandise may be exchanged, or a store credit can be issued. ABSOLUTELY NO FULL REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS
