Expedited Shipping:

  • Next Day Air: Order by 10am ET Monday, December 22
  • 2nd Day Air: Order by 10am ET Friday, December 19
  • 3 Day Select: Order by 10am ET Thursday, December 18

If ordering with ground shipping, please refer to the map below to ensure your gifts arrive on time. If you're not sure, please place your order and then email us at customerservice@shoeinn.com

Ground Shipping:

  • Yellow (1 day region):  Order by 10am ET Monday, December 22
  • Dark Orange (2 day region): Order by 10am ET Friday, December 19
  • Green (3 day region): Order by 10am ET Thursday, December 18
  • Red (4 day region): Order by 10am ET Wednesday, December 17
  • Orange (5 day region): Order by 10am ET Tuesday, December 16
  • Grey (6 day region): Order by 10am ET Monday, December 15


All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Englewood, New Jersey.

THESE ARE UPS ESTIMATED TIMES AND CANNOT CONTROL ANY DELAYS FROM UPS.  SHIPPING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF SHIPMENT IS NOT DELIVERED BY CHRISTMAS.

Holiday Returns & Exchanges

All orders placed on Sunday, November 23rd and beyond are eligible for our extended holiday return policy.  All returns must be postmarked by Monday, January 5th, 2026. Merchandise may be exchanged, or a store credit can be issued. ABSOLUTELY NO FULL REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
