Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.
- The merchandise must be in its original condition, in its original box or packaging, and unworn. Merchandise must be returned in the state it was received.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as cleaning, washing, or wear.
Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.

The following items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
- Sales items are not eligible for return and are final sale. We will allow size exchange for the same style, but the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- All accessories are final sale.
- Custom-made or special order items are final sale.
Online Returns
Shoe-Inn will be happy to accept returns and exchanges from online orders within 14 days of purchase.
1. To receive a return authorization and a return shipping label, please follow the steps in our online returns portal* or email customerservice@shoeinn.com. We will respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Please send the merchandise back in its original box or packaging, unworn and in its original condition. Merchandise must be returned in the state it was received.
3. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Your return authorization and return label will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
4. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit has been issued.

In-Store Returns
Returns can be made at any Shoe-Inn location accompanied with the online packing slip.
The product must be returned to the store 14 days after delivery for a full refund or for store credit, and must meet all the criteria listed above for an acceptable return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email at customerservice@shoeinn.com to ensure that the new item is available or use our online exchange portal .
We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). Please make sure to note the exchange on the return form.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse; however we can provide a UPS return label for $12. If you ship via your own carrier, please provide us with tracking number and insure the package as we are not responsible for lost packages shipped via another carrier. We will ship the exchange back out to you for free, limited to one exchange per order. We will respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Alternatively, you can bring your exchange to one of our 9 locations across the tri-state area. See locations. We do suggest calling the store or emailing customerservice@shoeinn.com to ensure we have the item in stock at that location and if not, we can transfer it your nearest store, subject to company wide availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us at customerservice@shoeinn.com within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise.
Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage.
We will email you a UPS label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt–with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.
Tips
- Send via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.
- Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
Promo Codes
- Promotion codes cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
-Birkenstocks, Dolce Vita, Viole Blanche, UGGS, Doc Martens and Ahdorned are excluded from Email Sign up Promotion
- All sales are final if a promo code is used and are only eligible for size exchanges. Please reference our exchange policy for more details.
- Promo codes cannot be applied after an order is processed.
