Sale Items

 

  • All sale items are final sale.

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange only if the same item is available in another size.

  • No refunds on sale items.

  • Sale items typically end in “.99”.

 

Promo Codes

Any purchase made using a promo code — including our welcome/new customer promo — is eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Absolutely no refunds on orders placed with promo codes.

  • Promo codes cannot be applied after an order is processed and cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Promo codes are optional and may be saved for future purchases if a full refund option is preferred.

Promo Exclusions

Promo codes do not apply to the following brands:

Archies, Back 70, Birkenstocks, Dolce Vita, Fiorentini + Baker, Voile Blanche, UGG, Doc Martens, Gola, Steve Madden, Jellz by Jeffrey Campbell, TKEES, Wanderfull, and Ahdorned.

Additional Final Sale Items

 

  • All accessories are final sale.

  • Custom-made or special order items are final sale.

  • Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

Return Eligibility (Non-Sale / No Promo Code Orders Only)

 

  • Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original box/packaging.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a separate shipping box.

    Do not apply labels or tape directly to the shoe box — returns will be refused.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria. Refused returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • Shoes may require a break-in period. We are not responsible for discomfort related to wear.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

 

Online Returns & Exchanges

 

To start a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal:

  • Returns and exchanges must meet all eligibility criteria above.

  • A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds.

  • If you choose store credit, the return shipping fee is waived.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once approved.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.

 

 

Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same style, if available.

  • We offer one free exchange per order.

  • Once your return is scanned by UPS, the exchange order is processed.

  • If shipping via your own carrier, please provide tracking and insure the package. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

 

In-Store Returns

 

  • Online orders may be returned at any Shoe-Inn location with the packing slip.

  • Online returns are not processed in store — all refunds are handled by our corporate office.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receipt.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email customerservice@shoeinn.com within 5 business days of delivery. Please keep all original packaging. A replacement will be sent if available once the item is returned unworn with tags attached.
