Shipping policy

 

  • Free shipping on all orders $200+ (USD). 

  • $12 flat-rate UPS Ground shipping for orders under $200. 

  • Expedited options available at checkout: UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. 

  • Processing time: Orders process Mon–Fri in 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm ET start processing the next business day. Weekend orders process Monday (excluding holidays). 

  • Important note: Expedited shipping doesn’t include processing time—shipping speed starts after the order ships. 

  • Tracking: You get an email with tracking once shipped; allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to show delivery ETA. 

  • Carrier & origin: All orders ship UPS from Englewood, NJ. 

  • Liability: SHOE-INN isn’t responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. 

  • No P.O. Boxes (UPS only). 

  • In-store pickup: Email customerservice@shoeinn.com with order #, phone, and pickup store. If shipping was charged, it’s refunded. 

  • Next-day confirmation: For next-day shipping timing, call 1-833-608-5199 to confirm delivery date.
